Thank you for stopping by my blog. My name is Jackie, or Miss Bono to my students. I graduated from college in the state of Connecticut in 2013 and am in my fifth year as a full time art educator. In years 1-3 I taught grades K-3, but in my fourth year it shifted to grades 1-4.
As a newer art teacher I found the internet, including Pinterest and Blogs, to be very helpful in deciding what lessons I would complete in my own classroom. I decided to create my own blog in order to give back to the other art educators out there who are looking for a different and possibly newer perspective.
